- Lewis Hamilton dominates F1 GP Hungary. The Mercedes driver emerged as the winner and confirmed his position at the top of the standings.
Hamilton appeared almost flawless in the race along 70 laps at Hungaroring Circuit on Sunday (29/07/2018). Starting from pole position, the Briton only lost his position for pitstop.
Sebastian Vettel had taken over the lead position from Hamilton's hand. But, unable to make a significant distance when leading the race, plus a less smooth pitstop, he eventually passed Hamilton and had to settle for second place finish.
Vettel teammate at Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen, took the podium finish after finishing third. Meanwhile, Daniel Ricciardo looks extraordinary because the fourth finish though had slipped to the order of 16 in the early lap-lap.
With this result, Hamilton more stable at the top of the drivers standings with 213 points from 12 series that have been held. Vettel was second with 24 points left from Hamilton. Raikkonen who collected 146 points ranked third.
