Take a pull-up bar with your palms facing your body.
– Range both hands grip equal with shoulder width.
– For starters, position as shown above.
– Raise your body while holding the bar.
– Position your body to keep straight up to chest position equivalent to the bar.
– Perform 1 set, 8 reps




Split Squats
Standing and position exactly on the picture. Place one foot forward and one foot behind the other.
– Stretch your knees and lower your hips slightly as you do so.
– When you go down, immediately turning direction, stand back, and jump, reversing the position of  your feet.

Lying Triceps Extension
Lie on a flat bench and position your body on a flat bench
– Position your feet to touch the floor
– Lift the barbell, put up right in your face.
– Finally, straighten your arms while holding a barbell.
– Perform 2 sets, 12 reps.
