Former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal is reported to have been discharged from the Salisbury District hospital of England. Proclaimed AP via The Guardian Friday (17/05/2018), the hospital stated they kept secret when exactly Skripal discharged.
"Patients' rights regarding their privacy remain in our care, and we can not provide details of any treatment they receive," the hospital said in an official release. The hospital continued, Skripal came out with a man named DS Nick Bailey who was exposed to neural toxins with him.
Executive Director of the hospital, Charles-Barks admitted to amazement with Skripal could recover within two months since he was poisoned on March 4th. He appreciated the hard work of his staff who tried to heal the 66-year-old former agent until he was allowed out. Because, need accuracy and stability in care, and ensure Skripal can produce enzymes to replace the affected by poison.
"This is the hardest period we've ever encountered, I have to thank the staff and the public for their support," explained Charles-Barks. Earlier, Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, were found unconscious on a bench in Salisbury on March 4. From both bodies, doctors found a compound named Novichok. The compound is a neurotoxin made by the Soviet Union that claimed the most deadly in the world.
British Prime Minister, Theresa May, then accused Russia behind of Skripal attacks. She ordered the expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats (14/3/2018). The English move is then followed by other countries in the world. In total, there are 151 diplomats expelled from 27 countries in the world.
Skripal was arrested in December 2004 after he sold information to MI5, British intelligence. He was later released on July 9, 2010, as part of a prisoner exchange program with 10 secret Russian agents captured by the United States (US). Before Skripal came out, Yulia was first reported to have left the hospital since 10 April.
