Daniel Ricciardo won the F1 race Monaco GP, Red Bull driver was able to beat Sebastian Vettel despite his car problems for a long time.
Ricciardo started the 2015 Monaco GP race at Monte Carlo Circuit, Monaco, Sunday (27/05/2018), from the first position. Australian racer was able to keep it at the beginning of the race.
However, Ricciardo then faced a problem. The car engine is in trouble on lap 28. In fact, the race still left 50 rounds again.
With an imperfect car, Ricciardo has successfully completed the race and stay in the leading position. Vettel is constantly trying to overtake finally just finish second. Meanwhile, the third position is occupied by defending champion Lewis Hamilton.
This is Ricciardo's second win of the season after he also won at the Chinese Grand Prix. In his career in F1, Ricciardo has earned seven victories.
After victory in Monaco, Ricciardo's position climbed to third place with 72 points, under Hamilton (110 points) and Vettel (96 points).
The fourth position is occupied by teammate Vettel in Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen. Mercedes racer Valtteri Bottas completed the race in fifth position.
