20th Century Fox released the first trailer premiere of the legendary rock band Queen in a biopic movie. In the footage, it looks actor Rami Malek debut who plays Freddie Mercury dancing on the stage.
Bohemian Rhapsody is set to tell the story of the formation of Queen, culminating with their famous set at London’s Wembley Arena for the Live Aid 1985 concert.
The one-and-a-half minute footage opens with a cheerleading audience that follows Freddy Mercury's voice in a concert.
Gradually the song Another One Bites the Dust (1980) medley with songs by Bohemian Rhapsody (1975), Killer Queen (1974) and We Will Rock You (1977) in a movie trailer.
The trailer then continues on the concert scene at a different place. Changing appearance of Freddie Mercury's style from long-haired and without mustache until finally short haired with a mustache.
In the trailer looks Queen in the middle of recording process Bohemian Rhapsody song in the studio with John Deacon (Joseph Mazello), Bryan May (Gwilym Lee) and Roger Taylor (Ben Hardy) who is a British band personnel was also seen.
The trailer continues with a negotiating scene between the Queen and the EMI label. EMI is a music label producer 12 of 15 Queen albums.
The film scheduled for release in November 2018, had a problem in the middle of production. Director Bryan Singer was fired after working on the film for three weeks.
The film has been in the works since at least 2010, when it was announced that Sacha Baron Cohen was to play Mercury; however, Baron Cohen left the project in 2013 citing “creative differences” with Mercury’s former bandmates, with guitarist Brian May later calling Baron Cohen “an arse”.
Brian Singer's position was replaced by director Dexter Fletcher. Fletcher is an actor and director who has been involved in the film Eddie the Eagle, Sunshine on Leith, and Wild Bill.
