Red Bull drivers, Max Verstappen, win the Austrian GP followed by the Ferrari duo Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel, Sunday (1/7).
Meanwhile, Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton ended the race with no points for failing to finish the race.
In the 63rd round (out of a total of 71), Hamilton's car engine lost power so he had to retreat from the race.
Though Hamilton's starting grid in the second position at Austrian Grand Prix goes well, even he took over the position from race leader Valtteri Bottas.
However, one pitstop strategy blunder put Hamilton's in difficult position off the pace by Ferrari and Verstappen duo in the 38th round, and the day was aggravated by engine failure.
The same thing is experienced by Bottas who must be out early on lap-14 because engine loses hydraulic pressure.
Disastrous for Mercedes team became good news for Verstappen who easily secured victory in the Austrian GP, which is also the fourth in his career.
"It's amazing, it's very difficult to set the tire because it quickly wore out, but we managed to do it. This is an awesome win for Red Bull and there are many fans from Holland here," Verstappen said.
Meanwhile, the third podium means a lot for Vettel who now clinched the top of standings from Hamilton, now only one point difference.
