Rolls Royce officially launches a flagship product SUV named Cullinan, this is the first SUV brand made by Rolls Royce and also became the first super-luxury SUV in the world.
Rolls Royce Cullinan SUVs are designed as high body SUV - for all-terrain, making luxury and comfortable off-road travel become a reality for the first time. After all, most of fanboy asked the British car maker to build Rolls-Royce SUV.
New Rolls Royce Cullinan is the second model to be built on the platform 'Luxury Architecture' new aluminum, after the latest Rolls Royce Phantom. Equipped with a newly redesigned twin-turbo 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine capable of spraying 563hp (571PS) and more importantly 627lb-ft (850Nm) of peak torque from just 1,600rpm, and new Cullinan is capable of reaching a limited 155mph (250km / h).
The integration of new technologies into the architecture was also key to ensuring the fundamental quality of Cullinan as Effortless, Everywhere. The engineering team began by creating a drivetrain that would bring Rolls-Royce's famous 'Magic Carpet Ride' off-road.

The Cullinan chassis has the latest generation of self-leveling air suspension system which has been re-engineered and redesigned, to make greater incoming air struts and greater air volume, as well as a stronger drive and prop shaft so passengers feel comfortable flying like Magic Carpet Ride 'even on heavy terrain. The front axle has a new double-wishbone design while the back uses a 5-link setting.

Cullinan all-wheel-drive system is completely new, equipped with a special 'Everywhere button', so the driver able to use all of 627lb-ft of torque to "race" on top of any field, gravel, wet grass, mud, snow. or sand. Rolls Royce claims Cullinan offers depth to wade luxury SUVs, at 540mm (21.2in).
When driver on off-road terrain, Cullinan active dampers adjustment system automatically detects the traction control and use an active air compressor to suppress all wheels down in order to remain constantly gripping the ground to ensure the vehicle does not lose traction.
Customers will be able to choose between two configurations for the rear passenger seats, including a normal bench (Lounge Seats) and a more luxurious two-seat setup (Individual Seats).
Rolls Royce calls the Cullinan’s tailgate “The Clasp”, as a nod to when luggage was mounted outside the car. The tailgate itself is a two-section item and can feature a pair of special, picnic seats.
The highlight of the Cullinan’s rear passenger compartment is the deployable glass partition that isolates the cabin from the luggage compartment. This makes not only the cabin class-leading quiet but also seals the passenger compartment, allowing passengers to remain in the optimum temperature, even when the luggage compartment is open.
The steering wheel is thicker and smaller than other Rolls Royces while the central infotainment display is a touchscreen. As you would expect, the Cullinan comes with cutting-edge driver assistance and safety systems that includes everything from Night Vision and Vision Assist including daytime and night-time Wildlife and Pedestrian warning; Alertness Assistant; a 4-Camera system with Panoramic View, all-round visibility and helicopter view; Active Cruise Control; Collision Warning; Cross-Traffic Warning, Lane Departure and Lane Change Warning; a 7×3 high-Res Head-Up Display, WiFi hotspot, and of course the latest navigation and entertainment systems.
